Thanks for visiting the escalate blog. It is my firm conviction that the church exists to glorify God in increasing measure by the power of the Holy Spirit working through lives changed by Jesus Christ. And I believe that the church accomplishes this by lifting up, growing up, and building up. We are to be lifting up the glorious name of God through sincere, grateful, Christ-centered worship. We are to be growing up believers to a mature faith through sound biblical teaching so that they will be equipped to minister and serve in their communities. And we are to be building up the kingdom of God by taking the message of Jesus to a world in desperate need of Him and making new followers of Christ. My prayer is that God would use some of my thoughts to help encourage you in this pursuit where ever you may currently be.
